Pablo Zalduendo, founder of Z Group Financial, has been helping clients achieve financial success since 1985. A Loyola University graduate, he is known for his hands-on, proactive approach and for building trusted relationships that span generations.

Pablo lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and is a proud father and grandfather. Also an avid golfer, he enjoys spending time on the course with family and friends.

Paul Zalduendo, Pablo's son, has been with Z Group Financial since 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Certified Financial Planner™ Practitioner.

Known for his patience and attentive listening, Paul takes the time to understand each client's unique needs before developing a financial plan. He has a talent for explaining complex concepts and investment strategies in clear, simple terms, helping clients make confident decisions for their financial future.

Paul lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and children.

Élan Brick joined Z Group Financial in 2025 as a Client Service Administrator, bringing over a decade of experience in education as a teacher, coach, and consultant. She holds a Master’s degree and is quickly developing a strong foundation in the financial services industry.

Known for her responsiveness and personable nature, Élan is committed to providing exceptional client support. She is a strong communicator and proactive problem-solver who ensures client needs are handled efficiently.

Élan lives in the city with her dog, Zuri, and enjoys spending time along the lakefront.
